Bye-bye Guangzhou

It’s nice being back in shanghai, can’t believe I’ve spent half a year in Guangzhou! Guangzhou, is a city where almost every social aspect revolves around food; a city that the rate of traffic accidents runs top of the world; a city where daylight robbery happens every day (think gz citizen should ask where their tax goes to, if the government can’t look after the security of it’s citizen, but gz is not the worst place…); Guangzhou, a city people’s hair cut just like their luxuriant vegetation:-p… Guangzhou had its glory and I believe it could be better in the future.

I finally got a chance taking some pix the last day in Guangzhou. I skipped the ugly sides:-p and only focused on the positive sides of the city - most of them I took in Shamian Island, which I consider the most beautiful place in gz. (equipment: sony cybershot, see what a “thin box” could do… actually it’s not bad considering it’s amazing weight)

Since I’ve difficulty uploading the pic, if you’d like to view my Guangzhou pix, just click below:

Blogsome is blocked in China

I dropped my secret sadness into the silence of lonely places, where its very modern quality detached itself and grew objective, so that as I sat in a sun-warmed angle on a summer’s day, I could almost smile at it and think of its unjustness. Unjust it was, in the large Chinese record, and my haunting sense of the continuity of the human lot easily carried me from the less to the greater. Oh! Under this communist flag, I don’t even have a chance to have a free speech! Where are my human rights??

I sat in my corner, so motionless, so passive, simply with the sense of being carried, so detached from hope and freedom…

…Block my website! Block me! But you cannot block my free spirit!!
